DVD fun - Best of a Series - The Avengers

This is a dangerous consideration, because these films will cross different series themselves. Also, people are pretty passionate about their superheros. 

With the coming, 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' (The film I am looking forward too) 'The Guardians of the Galaxy', Antman & 'The Avengers: The Age of Ultron'. It is worth looking through the base of Avenger films that built the base of this mega-franchise. I may even add in a few that were not apart of the original order, but maybe of interest. 

Spiderman and The Fantastic Four are part of the Marvel World, but not part of this franchise.
